10 Low GI & high nutrient Fruits for diabetes people:-

A diabetic patient needs to know whose glycemic index (GI) is low and which is high. High glycemic foods result in a rapid rise in insulin and blood sugar. Therefore, low-glycemic foods have a slowing effect on people with diabetes.
