Coconut water is mild and penetrates deep into the hair shaft. You can apply coconut water directly to your hair’s scalp.

Dandruff is a common problem, and coconut water can help you overcome this problem. It has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties, which means when you apply it to your scalp it repairs damaged hair, and a more hydrated scalp has a lower risk of dandruff.

If you leave it on for half an hour before washing your hair and do this for a week, then the problem of dandruff can go away.

How to use coconut water in hair

Coconut water and lemon juice:-

If you have dandruff or scalp irritation and want to prevent hair loss, this may be helpful. Rich in Vitamin C, it helps to keep the scalp healthy and clean.

How to use:-

Mix two tablespoons of lemon juice into a cup of coconut water.

Mix both well, then massage your scalp with this mixture and wait for 20 minutes.

Wash your hair with a mild shampoo and repeat this twice a week.

Coconut water and Honey:-

Applying honey mixed with coconut water provides nourishment to dry and lifeless hair. Honey is great for treating your hair naturally. It fights bacteria, makes your hair stronger, promotes cell growth, and helps restore nutrients to the hair and scalp.

How to use:-

Take 1/2 cup of coconut water and mix 2 tbsp of honey into it and make a thick mixture.

Massage your scalp with this mixture for 2-3 minutes and leave it on for about 30 minutes.

You can use this mixture 1 to 2 times a week.      

Coconut water and apple cider vinegar:-

Apple cider vinegar can be effective for your hair, keeping your scalp healthy as well as helping to maintain your scalp’s pH level and adding shine to your hair.

Most expensive hair salons use this treatment. Using this, you can get healthy and thick hair.

How to use:-

Mix 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar into 1 cup of coconut water.

Apply this mixture to your hair and leave it for 8 to 10 minutes.

Wash your hair with lukewarm water.

You can apply this mixture twice a week.

Massaging it on the bald spots in the hair can help.      

Coconut water:-

Coconut water has good hydrating properties to keep the hair hydrated. When you massage coconut water on your scalp, it can help stimulate blood circulation, making hair shiny, smooth, and thick.

How to use:-

Take 1/2 cup of fresh coconut water and massage it on your scalp with light hands for about 5 minutes.

Leave it to rest for 20–25 minutes and then wash it off with shampoo.

Repeat this process 2-3 times a week.

Coconut oil for hair

Coconut oil works better than other oils to heal dry hair, as it gets absorbed easily into your scalp. It is rich in lauric acid and penetrates easily inside the hair, which helps in reducing the loss of protein in the hair.

To apply the oil, gently massage the coconut oil into your hair with the help of your fingers and cover the hair with a wet towel. You leave it on for 30 minutes or more.
