Vitamin D:-

Vitamin D deficiency can lead to a variety of problems, such as weak bones, unhealthy skin, a weak immune system, and stunted cell growth. If you have excessive hair fall, vitamin D deficiency may be the cause.

Vitamin D helps the hair follicles to grow and when you do not have enough of this vitamin, the hair can get affected. This deficiency has also been linked to alopecia.

You can absorb vitamin D from sunlight if you spend a lot of time indoors or apply too much sunscreen. So, this can cause you to be deficient in Vitamin D.

Omega 3:-

Omega-3s are unsaturated fatty acids and are the key to the better functioning of the body. This nutrient is not produced naturally by the body, but you can get it from foods, such as some plant oils, fish oils, and dietary supplements.

This nutrient helps in preventing hair fall, improving hair density, dryness, dandruff, and new hair growth. Omega 3 also helps to moisture the scalp and promote blood circulation.

Protein :-
